We are not able to travel on dirt roads as our truck has very low clearance and we have medical equipment on board that cannot withstand the vibrations caused by a dirt road. We can instead meet you on a nearby paved road or parking lot.

• SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION POLICY:

  1. We will contact you the business day before your appointment for initial confirmation (our business days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) .

  2. The day of your appointment, we will contact you for a secondary confirmation when we are on our way to your home.

  3. By necessity, unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled.
